Hello, I'm Kirsty, Certified Infant and Child Sleep Coach

I am a proud mum to an incredible little girl and hold a degree in Childhood Studies. Over the past 16 years, my professional journey has revolved around childcare, with the last 11 years focused on being a Private Nanny. Through this experience, I witnessed firsthand the profound impact that disrupted nights and poor sleep habits can have on a child's mood, alertness, and concentration, as well as the overall well-being of the entire family. After welcoming my own daughter in December 2020, I was motivated to explore how I could assist families in overcoming these challenges.

 

You don't have to navigate this journey alone. I'm here to support you in achieving your sleep-related goals. With my expertise and a nurturing, responsive approach, we can work together to address your little ones sleep difficulties, leaving you feeling empowered to continue on a positive path.

Thorough Intake Process: You'll start by completing a comprehensive intake form. This form covers a wide range of questions to give me a detailed understanding of your little one's sleep challenges, daily routine, temperament, and medical history.

Tailored Sleep Plan: Based on the information provided, I will create a personalised plan designed to help you achieve your specific sleep goals. We'll review this plan during a home visit or through a video call.

Ongoing Support: Throughout the process, I'll be right there beside you. I'll assist in guiding your little one through their sleep journey and provide continuous support and reassurance. I'm available for support calls, and you'll also have exclusive access to a sleep consultancy app for sleep tracking, document sharing, and instant messaging.

Success and Empowerment: By consistently following the plan, you will reach your sleep goals. I'll leave you with the knowledge and confidence to continue independently.

"We had been struggling to deal with our 3 year olds sleep (or lack of it) for a long time and didn't know what to do about it. 

 

Our youngest daughter was waking up frequently through the night and also early in the morning.

 

Kirsty worked with us to understand what our challenges were. She developed a clear plan of action and supported us all the way through the process.

 

She encouraged and mentored us and was in touch frequently to discuss our progress and any worries we had with plenty of amazing suggestions and hints along the way.

 

The results are totally amazing. We can't believe the difference it has made. We can now put her to bed with no fuss, she rarely wakes in the night and wakes up at a much more reasonable time in the morning and this continues to be improving. On the occasions where she does wake up early she has learnt to stay in her bed until it is ok to get up. 

 

This experience has had such a positive impact on all of us. Not only has it importantly improved her sleep health and wellbeing, it has drastically improved mine and my mental health too! The whole family (she has an older sister) has benefited from from the changes we have made and we wouldn't have made them without help from Kirsty!

"Kirsty has been nothing short of fantastic. I thought I was asking for the moon on a stick because of how much of a nightmare our night-time routine had become; lo and behold the moon on a stick is what I got! :)

 

We went from having to feed our son to sleep (whilst rocking him), wait until he was asleep to put him in his cot, then taking him in our bed when he woke up in the night for another feed (which he shouldn't have needed at his age), to being able to put him in bed awake and leave the room straight away, all in the space of a couple of weeks only. He also sleeps started sleeping through the night 10 days into the training. The changes to our routine were subtle and the method gentle, she communicated with us all the way; I was impressed on getting such results in such a short period of time. 

 

She even kept in touch when the training was over, to check how we were getting on.
